To access the Knowledge base system click on the Kbase login link and use 'help' as the name and password to access the support system. You can then select either a text search or a category search to find the information you require. The Knowledge base includes an ever expanding archive of articles and solutions automatically added by our engineers as they fix both hardware and software problems. Customers are encouraged to use this tool to self diagnose basic configuration and operational issues with docStor products
